It is a story about a solar-powered high-altitude plane that might one day be used to fly in the thin Martian atmosphere. Or at least that's the cover story. Now didn't someone say that to create anti-gravity a HIGH ELECTRICAL CHARGE is required, as is used in lifters, an idea in the clouds. And is not solar power a source of electrical energy? What if the sun just kept on raising the voltage until --- pop off we go. The sky's the limit.... To lose one Mars probe is unfortunate. To lose two is careless. To lose as many as we have in recent years is - suspicious. Mars is getting water and an atmosphere - due to 'heliospheric warming'. If this carries on it might even be inhabitable by, say 2012.
